15 Minute Phone Consultations

A complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to explore what brings you to counselling and determine if we’re a good fit. This is a space to ask questions, learn about my approach, and get a sense of next steps—no pressure or commitment required.

Individual Counselling

Counselling offers a supportive and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. It can help you gain clarity, build resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges. At its core, counselling is about fostering growth, healing, and greater understanding with yourself and those around you.

Couples and Marriage Counselling

Couples and marriage counselling supports partners in understanding the patterns that keep them stuck. Using an attachment-informed and somatic approach, I help couples slow down conflict, deepen emotional safety, and strengthen connection. Together, we work toward clearer communication, repair after rupture, and a more secure, supportive partnership.

Family Counselling

Family counselling offers a collaborative space to work through conflict, behavioural challenges, life transitions, and communication breakdowns. We identify underlying needs, build emotional regulation skills, and develop practical tools that support healthier, more respectful interactions within the family system.
